Every SHäp piece is made to order, which means we can't accept exchanges for sizing — so getting it right the first time matters. We recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order. When in doubt, size up. Your arrival should fit exactly the way you intended.

Every item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed, so please allow 2–5 business days for production. From there, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days and international orders within 6–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
