At The SHäp Clothing Company, every piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. We encourage every customer to review our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure your arrival is a perfect fit.

Damaged or Mislabeled Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged or mislabeled, we will make it right — a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.


To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@theshapclothing.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for a replacement.

 

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or mislabeled item
