Production & fulfillment

All SHäp products are made to order. Once your purchase is confirmed, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment. This window ensures that every piece meets the standard of quality this brand is built on.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Domestic Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled, domestic shipping typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be assessed upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total at checkout.
